A poem written by a friend
He is from Pakistan
He produces all inspiring lines first
And I help checking grammar and rewrite
One question we shall ask
One thought we shall arise
If I am a Human, then who they are?
Killing will never be a human means
Conspiring, polluting, looting and shooting
Shall I call it my reasons to stay or leave?
If I am a Muslim, then why I am?
They ask me to keep quiet, why I should?
I am neither a terror nor a cursed one
I have a belief; only believe in One God
If I am a terror then why I am terrorized
Watching my people killed, I am surprised
Don’t just see and listen, to think and ponder
They’re telling you, what they want you to believe
If I am a Pakistani, then what should I do?
I become my own enemy, why I blame you?
Who is threatening my interests
Neither west nor my neighbour, it’s my lust
I say more, but I do less
I need more, but I think less
My life is mere an agony, I am a complete mess
Those who believe me have to change
I think of them as they are strange
